Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the agreement between Tracegone SAS and the customer, where Tracegone processes personal data on the customer's behalf.

Scope

Tracegone processes personal data only to provide the agreed services and in line with the customer's documented instructions.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls.

Sub-processors

We use a limited number of sub-processors to deliver the service, each bound by equivalent data protection obligations. We will inform the customer of any material change.

Data subject rights

We assist the customer in responding to requests from individuals exercising their rights under the GDPR.

Breach notification

We will notify the customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting their data.

Deletion

On termination, we delete or return the personal data processed on the customer's behalf, except where retention is required by law.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by French law and the GDPR.
